Here's what we did today. There is no stopping us with the Mod Podge! We began by painting the wood blocks black. Then added the paper background and letters. Then we had fun adding ribbon, buttons and bows, oh my! Now if we just had a Bedazzler, we could change the world! :-)
I made these socks for my daughter and two nieces. I've made the crocheted edge with thread and beads but never tried the crazy yarn. They crocheted up A LOT faster--3 pairs in one night. And they turned out really cute!
Got the JOY blocks done and mailed this morning. I love commissions, but it's also so nice when they are done.
Here's my latest knitting project. A hat for my niece Haley. Got the pattern in Itty-Bitty Hats by Susan B. Anderson which I highly recommend for all knitters. The stuff in there is so cute!
Haley's Hat Yarn Used: Bernat Cotton Tots Ombres (Very Berry) Needle Size: US 11
This week was all about clipboards. We worked on these and then I did some smaller ones for church handouts. The larger ones are for the ladies I work with at church (and one for me too!)
