This is what we did for the last class of the term. First the kiddos painted their flower pots in lovely pastel colors. Most of them chose to add polka dots or stripes too. Then, we glued the Easter grass in. (I had already put floral foam in the pots.) The next thing they did was choose three buttons--a small, a medium and a large one. We then put them on green floral wire, put the two end of the wire in the chuck of my drill and turned it on while holding tightly to the buttons. It makes the stems really neat and tight. Last, we put the "flowers" in our pots.
